(1) Press Win+R to open the Run dialog box:regedit
(2) In the left sidebar of the Registry Editor, expand the following directories in sequence:\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings
(3) Create a new item in the blank space on the right side of the window:DWORD(32位)值
(4) Renamed as:FlightSettingsMaxPauseDays
(5) Double-click to open; change the base to decimal, and set the numerical value to the number of days you wish to pause—for example:5000Then click "Confirm".
(6) Finally, open the Start menu, click "Settings", then go to "Windows Update". Locate the "Pause updates" option and change it to the schedule you just configured (if it doesn't exist yet, please turn off the current setting and then turn it back on).
